Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

How and when will my order ship?

We ship all orders via UPS, with shipping rates calculated at checkout.

If you place your order before 12 PM CST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we’ll start processing it the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed the next business day. We handle all expedited orders within 1 business day after credit card verification. Carrier delays can happen, and unfortunately, they’re out of our control. Note, if you place an order over the weekend, we’ll process and ship it out on Monday.

If your order includes monogrammed items, everything will ship together once the personalization is completed—please allow about two weeks. Heads up: during holidays and busy times, it might take a bit longer. You can always check your order status by logging into your account.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes—sorry! If you’d like to make adjustments, please email at info@looklinenco.com ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate.

What happens if my embroidery gets damaged?

Please handle your embroidered items with care! Bedding embroidery can snag just like your favorite sweater, so keep those sharp objects and pets' paws away from your gorgeous monograms. We know they're pretty—let's keep them that way!  We make sure each piece is top-notch before it ships out, but if something arrives damaged, snap a pic and send it our way at info@looklinenco.com.

What’s the difference between embroidery and applique?

Embroidered monograms are created using thread only, resulting in a more delicate and intricate appearance. On the flip side, appliqué monograms involve stitching pieces of fabric around their borders, creating a bold and visually striking effect.

Do your sheets wrinkle?

Our sheeting is 100% cotton, so yep, it’s going to wrinkle. For a smoother finish, take your sheets out of the dryer while they're still a bit damp and hang or lay flat to dry. If you’re after that crisp, photoshoot fresh look, a little extra effort with an iron will do the trick!

How long will my sheets last?

With the right care, fine bed linens can last for years. To keep your sheets in top shape, it’s a good idea to rotate between sets weekly. And this means your pillow cases, fitted, and flats. A solid rule of thumb: two sets per bed—one on the bed, one in the wash. Always follow the care label and check out our Care Guide for detailed tips. Remember, over-drying or using hot settings when washing or drying is the quickest way to wear out your sheets.
