Look Linen Co uses UPS to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

UPS Standard shipping ships UPS Ground costs $10.00 and arrives within 5-10 business days
- UPS Expedited shipping costs $25.00 and arrives within 1-2 business days.
- Orders will not be fulfilled if you provide a P.O. Box address.

We only ship orders in the Continental USA.
Returns
- Products that are unwashed & in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Personalized products are not eligible for return.
- All US returns are free.
- Refunds will not be processed until product is received & quality checked. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
