Look Linen Co uses UPS to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
UPS Standard ships UPS ground, shipping costs $15.00 and arrives within 5-10 business days.
UPS Expedited shipping costs $30.00 and arrives within 1-2 business days.
Orders will not be fulfilled if you provide a P.O. Box address.
We only ship orders in the Continental USA.
Returns
Products that are unused, unwashed, free from pet hair or other signs of use, and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Any issues with your order, including missing items or discrepancies, must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Personalized products are not eligible for return.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective or were incorrectly fulfilled by Look Linen Co.
Refunds will not be processed until product is received & quality checked. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
