Washing
- Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water
- Use a mild detergent void of any bleaches, whiteners, or fabric softeners
- Always wash linens separately, not with other laundry as this could damage the fibers and threads
- It is best to not pour detergent directly onto your linens, rather in the water.
Drying
- Natural fibers will wrinkle, but there are ways to minimize the wrinkles.
- Tumble dry on low heat to protect the natural fibers and to avoid shrinkage.
- Do not overdry. Remove linens promptly while still slightly damp and smooth out with your hands or you may iron to remove any remaining wrinkles
- Do not use dryer sheets or fabric softeners as this is damaging to the natural fibers.
- Avoid overloading your dryer so that your bedding may dry more evenly.
Ironing
- Iron while slightly damp for best results.
- To preserve embroidery always iron on the reverse side
